The playing fee covers a variety of costs including, but not limited to: sheet music printing, purchases and hire; venue hire; conductor honorariums; and band camps! If you intend to play and perform in a main ensemble (MoJO, MSW, MPO), we require you to pay the playing fee. If you are a student, regardless of your institution of study, the playing fee is $30. If you are not a student, the playing fee is $40, payable to our treasurer. Honorary Life Members do not have to pay a playing fee.
